New CHRM for Apollo Tyres

Apollo Tyres has appointed a new Chief Human Resources Manager.

Martha Desmond will become a member of the company’s Management Board after taking over from Tapan Mitra, who will retire by the New Year. 

Desmond has most recently worked as Human Resources Manager at Genel Energy, previously holding the position at BG Group, and also acting as Deputy Managing Director for the Exploration and Production Division.  She has also had experience working with RWE Thames Water and HFC Bank.
