
Almost three quarters of companies have successfully hired through social media, according to new research.
The findings from Flo Software Solutions suggested that 73% of companies had successfully hired a candidate using social media and agreed had quickly become an indispensable tool in the recruitment world.
Emma Allison, Marketing Manager at Brookfield Rose, the parent company of Flo Software Solutions believes that social media can have a positive impact on firms as “recruiters can use social media to build brand awareness for their agency, find and attract new candidates, public relations and use it as a tool to differentiate their brand against competitors”.
