Bacardi have appointed a new HR Director to lead human resources for its London based marketing, global travel retail hub and global function teams.

Dan Bethell was previously Senior global HR Business Partner at the drinks giant.

He has previously held roles at PepsiCo UK & Ireland, Reckitt Benckiser.
