Goldman Sachs has been accused of having a “boys’ club” atmosphere – including bouts of binge drinking and trips to strip clubs – by two former employees.
Cristina Chen-Oster, a former Goldman vice president, and Shanna Orlich, a former associate, have asked a federal judge in Manhattan to let them sue for gender discrimination behalf of current and former female employees.
The lawsuit began in 2010 and the two women are now looking to broaden the case to include more than a decade of claimed discrimination at Goldman Sachs.
