
BP faced a revolt from shareholders when investors refused to back a plan to treble CEO Bob Dudley’s pay package.
A third would not back the remuneration report - with 13% voting against it and a further 19% abstaining.
Support for director’s pay dropped from 93% last year to just over two thirds (68%).
