British Land appoint Head of Talent

British Land have hired a new Head of Talent.

The London-based property firm have brought in Brian Parkes, the former Group Head of Talent and Learning at Legal and General.

There he was responsible for group talent management and development and learning and development. He also implemented new framework around talent, succession, potential identification and career management.
