UNIQLO Head of HR - Europe appointed

Clothing retailer, UNIQLO, has appointed its new Head of HR – Europe.

Mark Padley, who first joined the company in 2008 as an area HR advisor, since working as an HR Manager and HR business partner.

Padley will lead the HR function for UNIQLO Europe, covering the UK, France and Russia. 

On his new role he said: “My vision is to maximise our human resource capital across our global network through ensuring all our employees are able to contribute effectively to the business and to achieve our 2020 goal of becoming the number 1 clothes retailer in the world.

“Through this I believe we can achieve our corporate statement; Changing Clothes, Changing Conventional Wisdom, Change the World!”
