RAC signs payroll outsourcing contract with NorthgateArinso

The provider of products and services for motorists has signed a five-year contract with NorthgateArinso (NGA) to provide HR and payroll services.

NGA is providing RAC will a fully outsourced payroll service and hosted HR platform using ResourceLink Aurora to underpin its in-house HR operation for 4,000 staff.

NGA said that it is helping RAC to reduce time-consuming administrative processes, and providing significant cost and time savings for the business on a day-to-day basis.

Vicky Smith, HR Services Manager at RAC, says: “We were looking for a ‘safe pair of hands’ with a proven track record to provide the quality of service we required on time and in budget. I had worked with NGA before and knew its credentials, which included working on similar contracts where the subsidiary had split from its parent company, coupled with outstanding analyst rankings and a wealth of service options available, positioned them as the ideal partner for us to work with.
