BAE Systems opens employee occupational health centre

BAE Systems is prioritising its employees’ long-term wellbeing by opening an occupational health centre.

The Bowland Centre will provide employees with a range of wellbeing services, including occupational health advisors and nurses, a physiotherapist, counselling, a chiropodist, an optician and dental services.

BAE Systems is adopting a holistic approach to wellness by planning for employees’ health in the future.

Cliff Robson, Industrial Capability Director for BAE Systems, Military Air & Information, says: “This fantastic new facility, alongside the other investments we’ve made on the site, is a clear statement that BAE Systems and Samlesbury is here for the long term.
