The global talent management solutions provider has boosted its private equity practice with three new consultants. Based in the firms’ New York office, the new partners are Joseph Healey, Dr. Stephen Bochner and Jonathan Goldstein.
Healey has been announced as a Senior Client Partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Private Equity Centre of Excellence. With 15 years experience in executive search, Healey joins the organisation from boutique executive search firm Sextant Search Partners, which he founded. He will co-head the practice with Bob Damon, president of North America at Korn/Ferry.
Bochner also joins as a Senior Client Partner in the Private Equity Centre of Excellence, focusing on the Global Life Sciences Market. He joins Korn/Ferry from Sextant, where he was leader of the Private Equity and Healthcare Practices. Prior to this, Bochner was a global practice leader at Highland Partners and TMP Worldwide Executive Search.
Goldstein has been named a Client Partner in the Private Equity Centre of Excellence and Global Financial Market. A partner and founding member of Sextant, Goldstein brings over a decade of executive search experience to Korn/Ferry.
