Recruitment and training company celebrates 25 years in business

Eras Ltd, a provider of psychometric testing, recruitment solutions, and training programmes, is celebrating its 25^th birthday.

The company began life as an office manned by one person in Norwich, and over the years has expanded to three offices (in East Anglia, London and Birmingham) in the UK, with 30 members of staff. In the last eight years they have made the transition from being a provider of consultancy services to becoming a prominent figure in the international psychometric product market.
 

In the last six months they have secured significant business from overseas companies, without the aid of an overseas office. These include a training contract with an international brewer, a contract with parts of the oil industry in Dubai (related to their psychometric testing solutions) and the development and launch of a Korean language version of their personality questionnaire 'The Quest Profiler' (an internet based test which has helped to build eras’ international businesses.)
