Korn/Ferry International acquires Lore International Institute Inc

The global provider of talent management solutions, Korn/Ferry International, have signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the stock of Lore International Institute, Inc.

 

Lore is a provider of leadership development, executive education and coaching services. They are based in North America and Europe, and will become a subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International, becoming a part of the company’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business. The transaction is expected to finalised within the next 30 days.
