In today’s job market, it seems that candidates need more than an impressive CV to catch a recruiter's eye. With an increased emphasis being placed on soft skills and interaction levels, recruiters have to re-imagine a whole host of new questions designed to glean an insight into candidates’ personalities.

That’s according to Edward Fleischman, CEO of Execu Search. He revealed what recruiters should ask candidates to assess their cultural fit in an interview with Business Insider.
