HR encouraged to become love life managers

HR should play a role in managing employees romantic relations, according to a Psychologist.

Research by Chantal Gautier, who is also the Author of The Psychology of Work: Insights into Successful Working Practices, has shown that workplace romances are likely to flourish due to the hiring practices of an organisation.   

Essentially, by recruiting candidates that will fit in with the existing team, workplaces are becoming hot beds for mutual attraction.

“Businesses are likely to be recruiting people who are going to be like-minded, that are going to fit together, work in harmony and synchronise,” Gautier said.
