Following the recent success of Adele’s single Hello, one recruitment consultancy has decided to parody the video from the perspective of a recent graduate.
Grad Touch is a Manchester-based firm specialising in graduate recruitment within all sectors. It is not surprising then that they have come to empathise with job-seeking students looking to get a foot on the career ladder.
The parody clip features two Grad Touch employees, Amy Shaw and Dan Doyle, as a graduate and an annoyed employer respectively. Shaw explains the hardships of being a graduate with no job, being jealous of friends who have found a role and the fact that she has “no money to go out drinking.”
