Netflix adds gender reassignment surgery to list of staff perks

American companies are adding gender reassignment surgery to their list of benefits.

in an effort to prove their inclusivity prowess, businesses such as Netflix, Facebook and Tesla have revealed they are now offering procedures such as sex-reassignment and hormone therapy.

However, some experts are claiming that these benefits are merely a way of proving to the world that they have high diversity levels.

A recent human rights survey revealed that over 415 of the 780 business questioned on their LGBT friendliness now covered many related operations. This is more than double the number since 2012.
