A governing body has taken an active interest in it's staff's interest in staying active, with the introduction of new employee wellbeing benefits.
The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) is advocating table tennis as a means of helping staff relax during breaks as well as providing an engaging office activity. With the support of Table Tennis England, CILEx hopes that the new perk will help improve employee satisfaction, “bringing teams together, breaking down departmental barriers and encouraging interaction amongst workers.”
