
Deceased Apple Founder Steve Jobs is being sued by shareholders of the company for the no-poaching promise agreed with Silicon Valley rivals.
The lawsuit, filed in San Jose District Court this week, named Jobs and current CEO Tim Cook as defendants in the case.
The class-action suit filed by shareholder R. Andre Klein claims the technology behemoth committed “breach of fiduciary duty, gross mismanagement, corporate waste and breach of the duty of honest services”.
