Kimberly-Clark has named Stacey Valy Panayiotou as Chief Human Resources Officer

Kleenex brand owner Kimberly-Clark has announced the appointment of Stacey Valy Panayiotou as Chief Human Resources Officer.

She succeeds interim CHRO Viviane Cury, who will return to her previous role as Vice President, Talent Business Partner for North America.

The firm's portfolio of brands, includes Huggies, Kleenex, Scott, Kotex, Cottonelle, Poise, Depend, Andrex, Pull-Ups, Goodnites, Intimus, Plenitud, Sweety, Softex, Viva and WypAll,

In the new role, Panayiotou will lead the global human resources function. Her remit will span talent recruiting, development and performance management, labor relations, compensation and employee benefits. She will report to Mike Hsu, Chairman and CEO, and join the company’s executive leadership team.

Global HR experience

Panayiotou arrives at Kimberly-Clark with more than two decades of experience in senior human resources roles. She most recently served as CHRO at Ball Corporation, where she oversaw the entire HR function worldwide. While at Ball, she also created the company’s first enterprise-wide learning university, designed to strengthen and scale talent capabilities across global operations.

Prior to that, she was EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Graphic Packaging International, and also spent 13 years with the Coca-Cola Company, where she held a series of leadership positions including Global Vice President and Head of Talent and Development, and Vice President, Human Resources for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
