Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has appointed Stacy Dillow as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, reporting directly to chief executive Antonio Neri and responsible for the company’s global people strategy.
Dillow steps into the role following more than five years as CHRO at engineering and construction firm Fluor Corporation. There, she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives and played a pivotal role in aligning talent strategy with business outcomes across a global footprint.
Her appointment comes as HPE tries to maintain its position itself as a leading employer in the volatile technology sector. The company says her experience in culture-building and transformation will be key to shaping its future workforce.
“Stacy is a strategic leader with a people-first mindset, a unique global perspective, and deep expertise in transformation,” said Antonio Neri, president and CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. “These attributes will help her enhance HPE’s position as a destination for top talent and further enable our strong company culture.”
Global experience and transformation pedigree
Dillow brings nearly three decades of experience across multiple regions, including North America, Europe and Asia. Her early career in engineering at Fluor evolved into a series of leadership roles spanning capital project execution, operations, and business transformation. She later joined Unilever, where she led supply chain transformation for Southeast Asia and Australia, before returning to Fluor to head its HR and corporate affairs functions.
Her track record in overseeing change across complex, international environments is expected to support HPE’s focus on innovation and workforce agility. Dillow said she is particularly drawn to the company’s purpose-driven culture and reputation for inclusion and forward-thinking leadership.
“Culture, innovation and inclusion are top priorities for me, and HPE is well known for the way its distinctive purpose encourages passionate people to drive innovative solutions and unlock the power of AI,” said Dillow.
She holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and has spent the majority of her career at Fluor, advancing from engineering roles into executive leadership.
Leadership transition and ongoing talent focus Dillow succeeds Dan Domenech, who has served as interim CPO and will continue in his role as chief talent officer. Domenech is expected to remain central to HPE’s efforts around talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
