A reported 19% of adults identify as neurodiverse, with the true percentage likely much higher.

But many neurodiverse individuals continue to experience discrimination and a lack of support during interview processes and while at work. One organization doing its part to tackle that is energy company Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG).
