Released on Tuesday, the rankings are based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as gender diversity, opportunities for upskilling, and the rate of employee promotions. Notably, companies that had undergone significant layoffs were excluded from contention, underlining a commitment to stability and growth.

In a notable shift from previous years, nearly half of the companies featured on this year's list are newcomers, signaling a dynamic landscape where emerging players like Moderna and Visa are making their mark alongside established industry leaders.
