N-words and nooses among vile abuse incidents at major U.S. firm, lawsuit states

 

Black workers at the biggest crane firm in the U.S. allege they were racially discriminated against and subjected to vile slurs from white colleagues, who dropped the n-word and told staff 'black people are f***ing lazy'.

A lawsuit accuses TNT Crane & Rigging of subjecting four Black employees to a hostile work environment that involved open displays of nooses and white supremacy symbols with the company consistently neglecting to investigate complaints.
