Citigroup & Biden | Workplace vaccine mandates - here's what you need to know

Last week, Citigroup did a seeming u-turn on its vaccine policy, in a bid to get staff back to offices for 2022.

The move made headlines and re-sparked the question on whether businesses should go down the vaccine mandate route.

In this video, Dan Cave, Head of Content at Executive Grapevine Digital Media, goes a little more in depth on the vaccine mandate issue, asking if they work, what alternates are and what they might impact on the HR agenda.

I find this trend towards mandated vaccination very worrying and quite frankly laughable. You can still contract and pass on Covid when fully vaccinated (yes supposedly less likely but the fact is you can - Gibralter being a case in point), so it makes much more sense to do weekly testing across your work force, vaccinated or not, to help prevent spreads. Stop lining the pockets of the pharma companies for an ineffective vaccine.
