Unlike many companies’ tuition reimbursement programs, employees at Spectrum – also known as Charter Communications – aren’t responsible for out-of-pocket costs.
As a result, financial barriers to continued education and reskilling are removed, helping Spectrum’s workforce to advance their careers and offer new capabilities to the business.
The program has been an overwhelming success. In March 2025, Spectrum determined that participants are being promoted at rates 24% higher than their peers and retained at a 10% higher rate.
