So many of us fall into this trap. The question we need to ask ourselves though, is if we are doing this, and thereby doing someone else’s job, how well are we doing our own? And how frustrating is it for the person who does see the task as something they should be doing or would like the opportunity to develop? So much of what we deliver in modern business is team based so we need to understand how to get the best from our team and delegate.
