The concept of employee engagement is nothing new. Businesses - and particularly HR folk - have been trying to understand and improve levels of engagement for a number of years now.
But are we having any impact?
Gallup's State of the Nation report continues to show shocking results year on year, both in the UK and across the world, with only 15% of employees actively engaged to the point where they are enthusiastic about their work and experience a sense of fulfilment from the work they deliver.
This isn't good enough. Hive are helping organisations to understand how to think more strategically about the culture and employee experience they want to deliver for their business and the potential role of data and People Analytics in this.
During this roundtable, we'll delve into some of the real cultural challenges and ingrained mindsets that have held back previous employee engagement approaches and start to unpick real practical solutions in addressing these.
Questions and topics to be explored:
The evolution from employee engagement to experience - what does this mean for your business and people strategy?
Will leaders and managers ever take true ownership of the employee experience - or will it forever be confined to the world of HR
Letting data tell the real story - the opportunities and challenges of introducing new HR technologies
