Stress and wellbeing

Over the last 12 months, employee health and wellbeing has taken a hit.

Although workforces, initially, and where possible, were moved away from offices for their own safety, long-term remote work comes with other wellbeing conundrums.

Most in HR will know that this has had a detrimental effect on employee's mental health, with burnout, fatigue and stress levels at an all-time high as individuals balance the stresses of work and life from a single location, with many finding it increasingly hard to switch off.

HR can help

But employers do have an important role to play in this – and getting it right to boost business, the function and employees, too.

To learn more, join Healthy Place to Work, on 28th April 2021 to learn how to fast track your organisation to employee health and wellbeing success, improving efficiency and reducing staff turnover.

John Ryan, Founder and CEO of Healthy Place to Work will discuss why businesses must look after the health of their workforce, why, at this juncture of the pandemic, it is critically important, and seven key tips on how to do this.
