2021 Performance Management Report: A seismic shift in thinking

Webinar | Tuesday, 9th February 2021 3:00pm GMT | HR Grapevine & Clear Review

You are watching on demand.

The changes we’ve all been through over the past year has caused a seismic shift in the way we view performance management. It seems that changes that HR leaders have been waiting for a long time, have happened overnight. Our 2019 UK PM report revealed how organisations manage performance and what the priorities are for HR leaders. In this year’s report, we compared the results with the 2019 UK PM report and found some stark changes.

Our report this year reveals how critical performance management is—and will be—for organisations. Our results show a strong desire, across multiple organisations for improved employee engagement, wellbeing and development as we move forward. However, many organisations still don’t have the technology and data to measure the success of changes in performance management.

This webinar will be hosted by Kerry Wekelo, Chief Operating Officer at Actualize Consulting. We will also be joined by Stuart Hearn, CEO of Clear Review, David Donaldson, Development Manager at Ishida Europe, as well as Amira Kohler, Head of Performance and Change Expertise at Clear Review, who will go through the key findings of the Performance Management Report 2021.

In this webinar, we will discuss:

  • How performance management is changing

  • Agility in goal setting across organisations

  • Importance of coaching and development conversations

  • The importance of data and technology vs the lack of it in most organisations

  • How remote working has changed attitudes towards performance management

You’ll also get the chance to download the report for free after the webinar, so you can look at it in more depth.
