Rachel started her career at Accenture, consulting on a variety of HR projects and programmes for FTSE100 companies in retail banking and FMCG. After leaving consulting her work has focused on internal comms, benefits and employee engagement, with roles at leading multi-national brands and two UK charities. Her experience of working with The Coca-Cola Company on the London 2012 Games ignited her passion for health and wellbeing - both in transforming herself and also her focus on improving colleague experience through an inclusive wellbeing approach.
