Mo began his career at Topshop Oxford Circus in both Operational Management and HR roles since beginning his journey he took the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of organisations including the BBC, PAREXEL International, Network Rail, and Shell. Mo then took his career in a new direction into Business Change where he worked on and led a number of significant business change initiatives at RBS, Coutts, and CBRE and is a senior business transformation professional and HR SME. Most recently Mo’s last assignment has been working with a leading real estate firm Colliers International leading on the strategy, design and implementation of a number of strategic Business/People focused projects to support the growth of the organisation across the EMEA region. Mo’s invaluable experience outside of HR has enabled him to provide a refreshing perspective and has boosted his credibility on leading the People aspects of business transformation.
