When it comes to attracting talent, you know that having a strong employer brand is critical. But which brands are the very best at getting employer branding right?
YouGov asked the public whether they would be proud or embarrassed to say that they work at a company with the responses indicating whether a brand's ‘Employer Brand Reputation’ is positive or negative. The market research firm found that John Lewis is the brand that Britons would be proudest to work for, followed by Marks and Spencer, with German car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz coming in third place.
