Much debate has surrounded Millennials – they are 'entitled, narcissistic, self-interested, unfocused and lazy,' and have been, in part, the driving force behind flexible working.

However, new research has revealed that candidates in London aren’t as bothered by their work-life balance as their UK counterparts.
