When an employee leaves the office, they can leave behind the stress and worry that the day pressed upon them. But, taking your work anxieties home with you is a fast route to ruining your work-life balance and can end up impacting on your mental health.
Having said that, when staff leave the office to go on holiday, it can be all too tempting for them to convince themselves never to return.
