It’s an ongoing issue for HR, understanding and acting upon what motivates employees. Benefits packages were once enough to rev up the proverbial engines, however recently more and more companies seem to be rolling out more and more outlandish perks.

And whilst these benefits were amusing and interesting for a while, it seems as if workers are now craving the more traditional types of perks. A recent article in Business Collective written by leading consultants Alexandra Levit, highlighted that employees actually want conventional benefits after political and economic uncertainty.
