Each module is a stand-alone programme and can also link together to form a full ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

  •  Operational Coaching Practitioner

If you want to develop critical operational coaching skills as part of your management style, this 2-day workshop delivered by one of the world’s top coaching experts will give you the skills you need.  With continuous support over a 12-month period, this programme will help you learn how to coach ‘in the moment’ in real life situations.

  • Accredited Internal Coach

For those who are inspired to learn how to work more formally as an Internal Coach, this additional 2-day workshop will give you the processes, skills and tools you need.  You will also become an accredited Coach and will develop a comprehensive understanding about how to measure the return on investment of your internal coaching sessions.

  •  ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

Feeling inspired?  This final 2-day programme will give you a deeper dive into leadership, advanced communication skills, supervision and reflection.Futhermore, you will receive an ILM certificate and 12 months membership to the ILM.
