Increasing numbers of younger workers would forgo working from home in order to secure a new role, according to new research.

The latest Work Index - a report that analyses millions of data points from Flexa on demand for different working environments and cultures - pooled data insights from a record sample of over 2 million job seekers - the largest number ever recorded by the Index - between January 2025 and March 2025.
