‘Converted into a GPT’ | Moderna replacing junior HR analyst roles with AI, HR chief says

Moderna’s Chief People & Digital Officer, Tracey Franklin, has become the latest high-profile executive to reveal how agentic AI is impacting jobs at her firm, including in the HR department.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal earlier this week, Franklin revealed that roles typically covered by low-level HR analysts have now been replaced by AI agents.
