Government considers ban on NDAs in sexual misconduct cases

The UK government is considering banning the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment at work.

According to The Guardian, following years of campaigning and multiple high-profile cases, ministers are now open to changing the law - as part of its broader employment rights reforms - to prevent NDAs being misused in workplace settlements.
