Failure to give NHS worker private space to express breast milk was harassment, tribunal rules

An NHS worker in Cardiff has won a workplace harassment tribunal after her employer failed to give her a “secure and relaxed” space to express breast milk.

Speaking at the employment tribunal, Robyn Gibbins said that despite complaints, she was not given a lockable room, causing her to feel “vulnerable, degraded, and concerned for her privacy.”
