Lloyds Banking Group tells staff to meet office attendance requirements - or risk losing bonuses

Lloyd’s Banking Group has joined the list of firms cracking down on the amount of time employees spend at the office, announcing it will take attendance into account when determining upcoming bonuses.

The group, which owns the Halifax, Lloyds, and Bank of Scotland, expects full-time staff to attend the office at least two days per week, following a hybrid policy introduced in 2023.
