BT gets tough on office attendance amid push to 'transform' the business

BT Group will introduce a three-day week office mandate from January, with the Chief Exec warning current attendance levels “are not going to help us transform” the company.

Staff working for the telecoms group currently have a ‘three together, two wherever recommendation to be in the office three times a week, but from the start of 2025, this will become an enforced policy, CEO Allison Kirkby said.
