A receptionist has won a race discrimination case against a boutique hotel after an employment tribunal found she was subjected to offensive remarks and that her complaints were dismissed or ignored.
Miss Georgia Sylvester, who worked at the Harper Hotel in Norfolk, brought claims of race discrimination, harassment, and victimisation against parent company, Notley Abbey Ltd.
