2024 has been a big year for L&D, and (not surprisingly) AI has taken centre stage. Over the past 12 months, I think many of us have gone from not even knowing about ChatGPT to L&D teams using AI to create content more quickly and at a scale we never have before. Over the year, there have been specific AI use cases, like the ability to search entire document libraries and provide instant, tailored answers, that have caused a big stir and made us rethink how we provide learning at-the-moment of need.
