YMCA worker felt 'treated like a criminal' for 'serious misuse' of charity's printer

A former YMCA employee disciplined for “serious misuse” of the office printer has been awarded more than £22,000 by an employment tribunal. 

Abimbola Idowu, a night support worker for the charity, felt “treated like a criminal” by bosses after being reprimanded for using £120 worth of the charity’s resources to print 750 pages of past exam papers for her teenage son.
