As businesses continue to navigate the post-pandemic landscape, an increasing number of UK companies are implementing return-to-office mandates, often requiring employees to spend a set number of days on-site while reducing the flexibility of working from home. 

Santander, Manchester United, and PwC are among the big names recently taking this approach, with the latter going as far as tracking the working locations of its UK employees.
