Duo overlooked for promotion win race case against housing association

Two employees were racially discriminated against when they were overlooked for promotions, an employment tribunal has ruled.

Natalie James and Joanna Saine have received a financial settlement totalling £95,000, following a legal case against London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q).
