Age UK committed age discrimination against job candidate, tribunal rules

The UK’s leading charity for the elderly has been found guilty of committing age discrimination against a job candidate. 

An employment tribunal has ordered Age UK to pay more than £4,000 to Alexander Cubbin, who was found to have been wrongly treated after applying for a job.
