'Verbal abuse' | Young crew claim Strictly Come Dancing has 'toxic culture, particularly for junior staff'

Numerous junior members of the crew on the BBC One show Strictly Come Dancing have revealed the culture behind the scenes of the show is ‘toxic’.

Fifteen current and former members of staff, who predominantly perform the role of being a ‘runner’, which is generally a low-paid assistant on a production set, allege to BBC News a toxic culture for junior staff on the show.
