Boss 'deliberately' coughed in vulnerable worker's face during Covid

A boss deliberately coughed in a disabled employee's face during the coronavirus pandemic, an employment tribunal heard.

Kevin Davies, who runs Cawdor Cars with several branches across Wales, was taken to tribunal by a former employee with claims she was discriminated against due to her disability, following the shocking incident.
